If you click on the star, next to the arrow, you make it a favorite icon and it is stored in your favorite default filtering settings for easy use later. You also see an enlarged example of the icon, when you hover over it. Use a search word at the top and just click on the icon you like, and it will directly download (1) it into your current slide. You can use the filter options, on top, for instance to select only the "free" icons in the library.
